SALES ADMIN

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide support to sales department including documentations; sales records and database management; sales report generation; after sales services; logistics and warehousing coordination; and new products development (i.e., market research, sourcing, product registrations & government regulatory compliance, supplier & customer accreditation, etc.)

QUALIFICATION

  • Four-year college degree from a government accredited institution
  • 1-year work experience in business to business operations
  • Knowledgeable on government regulations (import and export) as part of 
compliance on registration of the business, products and services.

PRODUCT ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Achieve sales targets, secure a strategic level of business with each customer, and establish market leadership for each of the assigned product.
  • Execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate products to meet those needs.
  • Ensure full compliance to customer’s quality and delivery requirements
  • Create and execute promotional activities to target groups, coordination of product delivery, and sales forecasting.
  • Gather up to date market information

QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • With leadership potential and able to work both independently and with a team.
  • With very good customer relations.
  • Possess very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Young and aggressive with a positive outlook to achieve goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work extended hours and to go on domestic and international travels • Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license (preferred)
